One of the best things we do in our program is our boot camp. it is a 3 week mental grind where we challenge our players with five stations: logs / weights / command weights / mat / 'ninja'. Each station has commands and movements that require our guys to think and stay locked in mentally.
We chart mistakes of each player and post daily. This boot camp can and will make your players have more attention to detail and be more disciplined.
